The Loyal Edmonton Regiment is a highly motivated, well lead and well trained fighting force. It stands ready to defend Canada, as well as to supply both individuals and small formations to Canadian commitments to UN and NATO operations.

The Regiment is capable of operating in any conditions, by day or night, and it stands ready to prove anytime that it "Fears No Foe." The Regiment currently number well over 200 personal including our well respected Regimental Brass and Wind Band.

The training the Regiment receives is both interesting and challenging, it includes weapon handling, field craft, tactical navigation, communication, using night vision, patrolling, cold weather operations, tactics and survival. Officers and NCO's (Non Commissioned Officers) receive leadership, instructional and advanced tactical training
